We’re pleased to report that NewVoiceMedia has been selected to provide the service telephony at salesforce.com’s Dreamforce conference, the world’s largest vendor-led technology event.
Our market-leading cloud contact centre solutions, which integrate seamlessly with Salesforce to deliver a personalised and unique customer experience, will be used by Salesforce support agents in Dreamforce’s Live Customer Engagement Centre, located in the Expo area (Moscone North). Staff will assist the event’s 100,000+ exhibitors and attendees, responding to questions across multiple channels including phone, email, social media and live agent chat.
As well as delivering excellent service at the cloud event of the year, we’ll be exhibiting in booth W222 in the Cloud Expo, where visitors can find out how they can integrate their voice communications with Salesforce to provide a fast and personalised response and improve overall customer service and satisfaction levels.
Last week we announced that we will be a gold sponsor of Dreamforce, which will be held November 18 – 21 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Salesforce expects more than 120,000 people to register to attend this year’s 11th annual conference and experience the power of social and mobile cloud computing and connect with their customers in a whole new way.
