My name is Herb Greenebaum and I am Director, Customer Experience for CRMXchange. I am now working with solution providers and the most respected consultants, educators and other authoritative voices in the CRM/contact center community to provide the most updated information –as well as strategies, techniques and case studies –for professionals whose responsibility is to enhance the customer experience.
My role also includes helping to plan and assist in the development of our successful and growing series of virtual conferences, which enable so many people to exchange ideas with colleagues and interact with suppliers in an exciting educational environment without ever having to leave their desks.
Of course, that's a tall order. As an experienced communicator whose experience in the customer communications field goes back nearly two decades…as a conference professional who has been instrumental in developing programs for a number of industries, including health and wellness, automotive, marketing and promotion, logistics, and othersI possess a background that enables me to quckly comprehend the priorities of a specific discipline and shape information events that meet these needs.
And as a consumer in numerous B-to-B and B-to-C transactions, I also have an affinity for excellent service and a sense of amazement that there is still so much service that leaves a lot to be desired.
